CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 1997, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator Linda Waite Smith <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec wished happy holidays and happy new year to the residents on behalf of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beahen, Beyer, and <br />Zimmerman.
