Ramsey Weaknesses <br /> <br />Several weaknesses were identified during the interviews which <br />included: <br /> <br />Lack of public transportation <br /> <br />No defined central business district <br />Few jobs in the community <br />Lack of commercial development <br />Lack of industrial development <br /> <br />Lack of agreement on future development <br />Lack of rental housing <br /> <br /> Ramsey In Ten Years <br /> <br />In response to the question, "Where would you like Ramsey <br />to be in ten years?" the responses included: <br /> <br /> More light industrial development <br /> More commercial development <br /> Orderly, controlled growth <br /> <br /> Growth but not at the expense of losing the rural <br /> lifestyle <br /> <br /> Job growth in the community <br /> <br /> Senior housing <br /> <br /> Completion of Highway 4~)corridor <br /> <br /> <br />
