Other Com~nents and Issues <br /> <br />Several other comments, issues and concerns were expressed <br />during the interview process including: <br /> <br />Seniors, when they can no longer live in their homes, <br />are forced to move out of Ramsey to surrounding <br />communities such as Anoka and Coon Rapids. <br /> <br />Many non-renter residents in Ramsey have identified <br />the need for senior housing because they have an <br />interest in having their senior parents move closer to <br />them. <br /> <br />Future decisions on whether or not to extend the <br />MUSA Line will have a major impact on the future <br />growth of Rsmsey. <br /> <br />Several residential subdivisions are in the planning <br />stage. <br /> <br />Several interviewees expressed the need for <br />transportation services for any proposed senior <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br />
