Ramsey Senior Housing Market Study <br /> <br /> RAMSEY SENIOR HOUSING MARKET STUDY AREAS <br /> <br />January1998 <br /> <br />The Primary and Secondary Market Study Areas for a Ramsey senior housing project were defined by <br />Community Partners Research, Inc. and are based on location of services, municipal boundaries, travel <br />patterns, community interviews and knowledge of market areas for senior housing. <br /> <br />Based on this analysis, the Primary Market Study Area is defined as the municipalities of Ramsey and St. <br />Frances, and Bums Township.
