Individuals interviewed included the Mayor, a City Council Member, City Staff, a <br />Planning Commission Member, Seniors and Community Leaders. <br /> <br />*Please note that the following responses are from the interviewees and are not necessarily the opinions of <br />Conununity Partners Research, Inc. <br /> <br />A summary of the interview responses follows: <br /> Ramsey Streneths <br /> <br /> The interviewees are very proud of the community and responded with many strengths. The <br /> strengths identified include: <br /> <br /> Rural life style but in close proximity to metro area amenities <br /> <br />Community is growing significantly <br />Friendly people, loyal to the community <br />Low crime rate <br /> <br />Open space <br /> <br />Availability of reasonably priced land <br />Excellent police and fire protection <br />Rivers <br /> <br />Young families with children <br /> <br />People concerned for one another <br /> <br />Good school system <br /> <br />Industrial development <br /> <br />Low density developments <br /> <br />Senior organization <br /> <br />Community Partners Research, Inc. 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
