<br />Size Restrictions Of Accessory Structures:

<br />Parcels of Land One Acre or Less. On parcels of land one
<br />acre or less in size, no single accessory structure shall exceed

<br />shall not exceed 10% of the total lot area.

<br />On parcels of land an acre or less in size, the accessory

<br />design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal
<br />structure located on the parcel.
