Galvinized finishes <br />shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br /> <br />The following language in Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Uses) Subdivision 12 (Size <br />Restrictions of Accessory Structures) is hereby repealed: <br /> <br />Subd. 12. <br /> a. <br /> <br /> Size Restrictions Of Accessory Structures: <br /> <br />Parcels of Land One Acre or Less. On parcels of land one <br />acre or tess in size, no single accessory structure shall exceed <br />624 square feet in size. In the event that the attached or <br />detached garage located on the same parcel of land does not <br />exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure may include the <br />difference between the square footage of the attached or <br />detached garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total <br />square footage of the attached or detached garage and <br />accessory structure exceed 1,488 square feet on any parcel of <br />land one acre or less in size. However, on parcels of land less <br />than 14,880 square feet in size, the total square footage of the <br />attached or detached garage and accessory structure shall not <br />exceed 10% of the total lot area. <br /> <br />On parcels of land an acre or less in size, the accessory <br />structure or detached garage shall be built with the same type <br />construction materials and shall have the same general design <br />and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure <br />located on the parcel. <br /> <br />Parcels of Land Greater Than One Acre and Less Than 2- <br />1/2 Acres.
