In <br /> reviewing this matter further with the Building Official, he determined that the more <br /> appropriate address for the facility would be 5195 I42nd Avenue N.W. <br />aw AlSo, I would also like to take this opportunity to confirm that you indicated you <br />ould be providing the City with a copy of the permit issued by Mn/DOT allowing <br /> ccess from the facility onto Hwy. #47 (St. Francis Blvd. N.W.). ...._1 <br /> <br /> I am also requesting that you provide me with confh-mation that the site plan under <br /> which you propose to proceed is the same that is on file at the City.
