Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Closed Meeting <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich announced there would be a Closed Attorney-Client Meeting directly <br />following the adjournment of this regular Council meeting, regarding the lawsuit of the City of <br />Ramsey v. Royal Concrete and Makens et.al, condemnation action. <br /> <br />3) Decision on MPRS Lawsuit <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich reported the Court of Appeals affirmed of the District Courts position, <br />reversed part of it and remanded a part of it. <br /> <br />4) Road and Bridge Committee Meeting <br /> <br />The next Road and Bridge Committee meeting is scheduled for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, <br />1998. Councilmember Haas Steffen stated that T.H. #47 and C.R. #116 will be discussed and it <br />would be very helpful to have the letters staff requested from MnDOT talking about time lines <br />and actual costs. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmcmber Beahen to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
