MEMO <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Building Official <br /> <br />December 17, 1981 <br /> <br />BowTnan Residence, 16001 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey <br /> <br />Having had several questions in regards to the above referenced construction, <br />I hereby submit the following: <br /> <br />1) The Bowmans applied for their permit on October 1, 1981. The <br />application indicates the proposed use as being residential. <br /> <br />2) The building plans indicate the dwelling will have six bedrooms <br />and two kitchen areas. Neither are violations of any codes. <br /> <br />3) Being suspicious of the possibility of a two-family use, I had <br />the Bowmans sign the attached statement prior to issuing their permit. <br /> <br />4) The two levels are connected by a stairway which would indicate <br />that this is one living unit. <br /> <br />This memo is to advise you of the conditions that exist and the suspicions <br />that have been voiced.
