Negative criminal history <br /> for any of the three indivduals listed as officers in this corporation. Negative civil or <br />Iadministrative action relative to liquor laws by any licensing authority within the State of <br />Minnesota or at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Liquor Control Division. Loan <br />officers at the First National Bank of Elk River have confirmed the financial arrangements <br />listed on the application. It should be noted that the applicants must secure both a certificate <br />of Dram Shop Insurance and a Federal Special Occupational Stamp before the City can forward an <br />approved liquor license to the Liquor Control Division for certification. <br /> <br /> <br />
