Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required

This building is being developed as a Spec. Building and as such is di~culI; to determine the exact
number of parking spaces required until all tenant spaces have been designed. Our experience with
similar building types indicates that 10% office usage with the remainder warehouse and light
manufacturing to be adequate estimates to determine initial parking requirements.

Office 7,000 S.F.
