Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required This building is being developed as a Spec. Building and as such is di~culI; to determine the exact number of parking spaces required until all tenant spaces have been designed. Our experience with similar building types indicates that 10% office usage with the remainder warehouse and light manufacturing to be adequate estimates to determine initial parking requirements. Architectural Standards: The extedor of the building will be exposed buff colored aggregate finished pre-cast concrete panels w~th accent panels at the tenant entrances. The accent panels will be exposed colored aggregate finished pre-cast concrete panels. These panels ere similar to the panels used on Precision Wood Products. Extedor site lighting will be accomplished w~ wall mounted downcast hght packs mounted and adjusted so as not to shine into neighboring properties or public roadways.
