All three copies were sent to Gregory Dolphin for his signature with instructions to forward them to you. I 'asked that this be done by the first week in March so you will be able to prepare them for the March 10 City Council meeting. would like to review with you the steps we discussed: The MOU must be signed by all parties before a temporary access is approved by a Mn/DOT permit; I will work with Metro Pre-Design to develop a concept drawing for the proposed combined access that I will submit to the City of Ramsey and Mr. Dolphin; The City will begin talks with the Anoka-West Pet~ospital to allow for the combined access to be built. The time frame for completing this task should be July, 1998; The expected time frame for constructing the new access would be Summer of 1999. Please forward to me two of the signed MOU's. I will send one to Gregory Dolphin for his files and retain one for myself.
