I I I Co shall the total square footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure exceed 1,664 square feet on any parcel of land greater than one acre and less than two and one- half (2-1/2) acres in size. On parcels of land greater than one acre and less than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, the accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage shall be built with the same type construction materials and shall have the same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure located on the parcel. Parcels of Land Two and One-half (2-1/2) Acres and Greater. On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, accessory structures shall not exceed 1,200 square feet. On parcels of land greater than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, accessory structures may be an additional 400 square feet in size for the first partical acre over two and one-half (2- 1/2) acres and each full acre thereafter. The following table shows the permitted maximum accessory structure sizes for various parcel sizes.
