1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />/~.CASE #: 4 <br /> <br /> AFSCME CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS <br />By: Linda Waite Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City's negotiating team and representatives of AFSCME have met several times to negotiate <br />an employment agreement that covers the period of January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1999. <br />Depending on the results of meetings the week of March 2, 1998, staff may have a proposal to <br />present to the Personnel Committee on March 10.
