Mr. Jankowski also <br /> presented a proposed contract with SRF for professional services associated with plan <br /> preparation, specifications, permits, public hearings, and all activities which would take the <br /> project up to the beginning of construction. A second part of the proposal estimates the <br /> remaining professional service through construction to project completion. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br /> recommend Council retain SRF, Inc. for services to the T.H. #47 <br /> professional <br /> pursue <br /> project <br /> up <br /> to and including bidding. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
