Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-03-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CHANGE/ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS <br />AS OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES OF CITY FUNDS FOR 1998 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey must designate certain institutions as official <br />depositories of City funds in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 118.005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey designated the official depositories in Resolution #98- <br />01-007; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included in this original designation was First National Bank Elk River - <br />Anoka Branch, with brokerage services provided by PrimeVest, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, First National Bank Elk River - Anoka Branch has changed it affiliation <br />and brokerage service are now being provided by Robert Thomas Securities, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNT, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby amends its appointment of the following financial <br />institution as an official depository of City funds for 1998: <br /> <br />First National Bank Elk River - Anoka Branch <br />Anoka, Minnesota <br /> with brokerage services provided by: <br /> Robert Thomas Securities, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
