I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />SEVENTH ADDITION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is in the process of platting two more lots in the Business Park 95 industrial <br />park. The area to be platted is generally north of the eastern terminus of McKinley Street. The <br />following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br />1. Site location map <br />2. Proposed final plat <br />3. Draft Planning Commission meeting minutes dated March 2, 1998 <br />4. City Staff review letter dated March 12, 1998 <br />5. Proposed resolution <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Both of the lots will receive public access from the northerly extension of Radium Street off of <br />McKinley Street NW. The extension of Radium will require vacating a portion of McKinley <br />Street and those proceedings have been initiated. Both of the lots greatly exceed the one-acre <br />minimum area requirement. All of the lots will meet the minimum 200 foot road frontage <br />requirement. Grading and drainage plans were received with the site plans submitted for <br />Northern Ai~gas and Peck Properties. The Park Commission recommends a cash payment to the <br />Marble Recreational District to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 2. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend final plat approval. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #98-030__~ ~anting fmal plat approval to Business Park 95 Seventh <br />Addition. <br /> <br /> -, ?. ,] !
