Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE pERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS AS AN ACCESSORY USE TO AN <br />OFFICE BUILDING IN THE B-1 BUSINESS BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT # <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Concrete Masonry Unlimited, Inc. (Permittee) has properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit (CUP) on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey Commercial Park 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the Subject Property); and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 12, 1998, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Term: This permit is contingent upon the Permittee obtaining site plan approval as <br />established in Section 9.03.06 (Site Plan Review) of the Ramsey City Code and shall be <br />perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br /> <br />Site Development: The development and operation of the office/warehouse shall be <br />specifically limited to that described in the Permittee's approved Site Plan consisting of <br />sheet(s) prepared by dated ., 1998 and approved <br />Building Elevations prepared by dated ,1998. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Outside Storage: Any outside storage area developed on the Subject Property shall be in <br />accordance with the district regulations in affect at the time, and shall be restricted to <br />I0% of the lot area and shall not exceed an area equivalent to the area of the main floor of <br />the principal building. Any outside storage shall be screened to a degree of 100% from <br />neighboring properties or the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking: Off-street parking of currently licensed and roadworthy autos and <br />tracks shall be permitted; alt other equipment and supplies related to all business <br />operations on the Subject Property shall be stored indoors or in a 100°A screened outside <br />storage area in accordance with Item #3 of this Permit.
