For this <br /> reason, we are concerned about the visual and sound impact that the ballfields, sports bar, <br /> parking on park. you are aware, Mississippi Regional <br /> and <br /> will <br /> have <br /> the <br /> As <br /> West <br /> Park <br /> is <br /> nestled in a beatitiful location along the Mississippi River and we waht to 15'/'ese~e the <br /> serenity and naturalness of the park to the greatest extent possible. <br /> <br /> To this end, we are recommending that efforts be made to provide landscape plantings <br /> along the edge of the proposed sports complex which not only serve to screen the visual and <br /> sound intrusions into the park, but also provide habitat protection for those song birds and <br /> other animals which live on the "edge" of the existing forest canopy.
