Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #98-03- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE DIAMONDS <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, James Martin, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly applied for <br /> plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot C, Tooth Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (The "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on February 13, 1998, the City received application and sketch plan <br /> from the Developer for The Diamonds; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted the Subject Property an exception to the <br /> subdividing and rezoning moratorium on March 10, 1998, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on March 12, 1998, and approved <br />the sketch plan of The Diamonds and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on March 12, 1998, and <br />recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to The Diamonds in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of March, 1998. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
