Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, and LaDue. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry, Thorud, and Wivoda. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jensen, seconded by Commissioner LaDue, to approve the Planning <br />Commission public hearing minutes regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a <br />two-family dwelling unit in the Single Family District; case of Scott and Gwyn Simpson, dated <br />February 3, 1998; Planning Commission public heating minutes regarding a proposed ordinance <br />to amend Section 9.I1.02 (Accessory Uses) of the Ramsey City Code to allow pole buildings, <br />with design restrictions, on properties from two to five acres in size, dated February 3, 1998; <br />Planning Commission regular meeting minutes dated February 3, 1998. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/March 2, 1998 <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
