Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-03-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-13 (PUMPING FACILITY FOR WELL NO. 4) <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on May 13, 1997, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of <br />plans and specifications for the above-referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 10, 1998, the Ramsey City Council passed Resolution #98-02- <br />030 approving the plans and specifications for the pumping facility for Well No. 4 (Improvement <br />Project #98-13) and authorizing the advertisement for bids; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project #98-13, <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on March I3, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Base'Bid Alternate#2 Alternate#4 Total Bid <br /> <br />EnComm Midwest, LLC <br />Municipal Builders, Inc. <br />Northdale Construction Co. <br />W.
