It is suggested that, in addition to "the roadway, an off-road trail be completed as an MSA eligible project expense. The major project costs include land acquisition, construction costs, and project overhead. The total project cost is estimated to be $836,000. McKinley Street Commercial Asphalt/Jaspar This project will complete McKinley Street as a collector street through the City's industrial area from the eastern City limits to Rarnsey Boulevard. It will serve the industrial and commercial property north of the railroad tracks and provide access frontage for the development of properties to the north. The project would require the installation of approximately 3,000 feet of roadway along with associated storm sewer. Sanitary sewer and watermain are either presently in place or are anticipated to be in place prior to the construction of the roadway. The costs associated with this improvement include right-of-way, construction costs and overhead. The total project cost is estimated to be $830,000. Sunwood Drive C.R. #56/C.R. #116 This project proposed constructing approximately 2,400 feet of Sunwood Drive between two existing segments of the roadway, completing a 2.3 mile continuous segment between the Sunny Ponds subdivision and Ramsey Boulevard. This particular segment will have the benefit of providing access to vacant land with industrial and commercial potential on both its north and south sides. Major project cost include the construction costs and overhead associated with the roadway, storm sewer, watermain, and sanitary sewer improvements. They may also require the construction of a bridge over protected wetland 673W since a similar bridge was required over wetland 114P between C.S.A.H. #5 and C.R. #57. The total project cost is estimated to be 1,000,000. Riverdale Drive Extension This project would extend to Riverdale Drive frontage road to Ramsey Boulevard, a signalized access point on T.H./t10. This segment would provide access to the vacant commercial property on both the north and south sides of the development. The project would include the construction of approximately 3,000 feet of roadway and related infrastructure improvements including sanitary sewer, watennain and storm sewer. The total project cost includes construction cost and overhead, as the right-of-way is anticipated to be dedicated by the developer. The estimated cost is $650,000.
