FINANCE OFFICER <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is accepting applications for the <br />position of Finance Officer. Responsibilities include <br />administering a $5.4 million budget, managing a $15 <br />million investment portfolio, providing financial <br />information for management planning and decision- <br />making, and directing all financial functions and the overall <br />management of the City's management information system <br />(Novell network, financial system, geobased system). <br />Requires Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or <br />related field; minimum of three years progressively <br />responsible experience in local government financial <br />management, including production of a complex financial <br />document and investment of funds; two years supervisory <br />experience in financial reporting and. budgeting.
