ORDINANCE #98- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY 'OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That part of McKinley Stret N.W. as platted in Business Park 95 Fourth Addition, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the southerly line of Outlot A, said Business Park <br /> 95 Fourth Addition, and its extension westerly and easterly of the westerly line of said <br /> Outlot A. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
