The City Engineer suggests the developer consider <br />reducing the grade to 8%. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading: The water will be discharged into a storm sewer, constructed by the <br />City that is proposed for Business Park 95. The drainage and grading plans meet the City's <br />requirements. The City Engineer suggests roof scuppers be located at the front and rear of the <br />building to minimize the distance storm water must travel over land. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: The building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit and will be <br />constructed entirely of concrete masonry traits. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: The developer has chosen Stonco's 350 watt LPL Series Universal Wall <br />Mounted Luminaire (catalog #LPLR250MAL). This fixture meets the City's lighting <br />specifications. .,- <br /> <br />Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that <br />mechanical equipment located on a rooftop may be painted to be compatible with the building if <br />expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed <br />elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the <br />screening shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of <br />materials compatible with those of the building. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Monday, <br />March 2, 1998 at 7:30 p.m. A meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board will <br />also be scheduled to review the site plan for eoraplianee with the Covenants. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheet for the Planning Commission <br />agenda..
