NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with W.B. Miller, Inc. in the name of the City of Ramsey for the construction of <br />street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and waterr~ain improvements to service the Business <br />Park 95 7th Addition in the amount of $256,534.50. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to ail bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the <br />next to lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember m <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of April, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-04- <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
