Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-04-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF EXCESS GENERAL FUND REVENUES TO STATE HIGHWAY 47 PROJECT AND COUNTY ROAD 116 PROJECT WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on April 14, 1998, approved a recommendation to transfer excess General Fund Revenues of $813,270.26 to State Highway 47 project fund and County Road 116 project fund. WHEREAS, 90% or $731,943.23, would be transferred to State Highway 47 fund and 10% or $81,327.03, would be transferred to the County Road 116 project fund. WltEREAS, Any excess revenue remaining after the land purchase for County Road 1 t 6 will be transferred to the State Highway 47 project fund at year end, 1998. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the transfer of excess General Fund Revenues in the amount of $813,270.26, to the State Highway 47 project fund and the County Road 116 project fund at the rates of 90% and 10% respectively.. 2) At Council discretion, any remaining excess revenue after the initial land purchase for County Road t 16 would be transferred to the State Highway 47 fund. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of April, 1998.
