Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case#6: Request for Exception from Development Moratorium; Case of John <br /> Gobernatz <br /> <br />The City received a request for exemption from the development moratorium from Mr. John <br />Gobernatz to allow him to deed a buildable lot to the third of his four children. Mr. Gobematz <br />owns approximately 42 acres at 175th and St. Francis Boulevard NV/. In 1989, he platted the <br />property into two, 2.5 acre lots for two of his children and one 37 acre Itt for himself. His plan <br />to replat his property in 1997 to give a third child a buildable lot was interrupted by the <br />moratorium on subdividing. He's anxious to get his daughter's home built in 1998. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve Mr. <br />John Gobernatz's request for an exception to the Moratorium Ordinance on Lot 3, Block 1, <br />Gobematz Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
