Motion by Vice Chairperson Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, that Findings of Fact #18 indicate the use will be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and will not change the essential character of the area. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Deemer;:Commissioners Jensen, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Bawden and Commissioner Wivoda. Motion by Commissioner Jensen, seconded by Commissioner Terry, that Findings of Fact #19 indicate the use will be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. Motion Failed.
