"1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I WHEREAS, on June 24, 1997, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Apple Ridge; and WHEREAS, by a transmittal dated June 24, 1997, the City of Ramsey received notification from the Environmental Quality BOard (EQB) that a petition had been received requesting an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) be prepared on the proposed project of Apple Ridge; and WHEREAS, the City engaged the firm of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., to review the materials in the petition for an EAW to determine whether the Apple Ridge subdivision had the potential for significant environmental effects; and WHEREAS, on July 8, 1997, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., concluded to City Council that there is not sufficient evidence to determine that significant environmental effects could be attributed to the proposed project of Apple Ridge and the City Council implemented the option for 15 day extension to make a decision on the necessity of an EAW; and WHEREAS, on July 22, 1997, the City Council adopted Findings of Fact #0434 and concluded that an EAW will not be required for the Apple Ridge project as the environmental impacts are not likely to be significant; and WltEREAS, on February 10, 1998, the City Council adopted Resolution #98-02- 035 granting final plat approval of Apple Ridge, the first of five phases; and WltEREAS, on May 12, 1998, the City Council adopted Resolution #98-05- ~0e~/ t granting final plat approval of.Apple Ridge 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Apple Ridge 3rd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the development of the Subject Property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Couneilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi atld the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
