I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public heating on Tuesday, May 5, 1998, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding a <br />request for a Conditional Use Permit to Exceed the Total Accessory Structure Space and the <br />Maximum Single Accessory Structure Size Restrictions; Case of Richard and Claudia Aberle. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Joe Wivoda <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Assistant Sean Walther <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson B awden convened the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained the City received an application for a conditional use <br />permit to exceed the total accessory structure/garage space allowed and the maximum single <br />accessory structure size restrictions on their property. The addition of the proposed 1,500 square <br />foot accessory building would increase the total garage space on the property to 2,436 square <br />feet, which is a 372 square foot overage and also represents a 300 square foot overage in the size <br />restriction for any single accessory structure. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry, to close the public hearing <br />at 7:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Public Hearing/Planning Commission/May 5, 1998 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
