PUBLIC 1tEARING <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 1998, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, 1Vfinnesota, to hear input <br />regarding a request for a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property <br />line than the principal structure; ease of Dan and Susan Rydbom. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Leo Anderson <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Joe Wivoda <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Assistant Sean Walther <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administ: ator Frolik stated the site plan submitted and an on-site inspection reveal that <br />declines in topography, wetlands, mature tree growth, and drainfield and alternate drainfield <br />locations prohibit construction of an accessory garage in the side or rear yard.
