Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND <br />SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-05-.. adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit' subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Richard N. and Claudia M. Aberle ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage <br />and accessory building space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property <br />generally known as 17290 Germanium Street NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Meadowbrook, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,500 square foot accessory garage <br />on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on April <br />10, 1998. <br /> <br />That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, facia, eave overhang and exterior <br />color that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the accessory garage. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and <br />commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants and that no commercial or <br />industrial activity involving employees that do not reside on the Subject Property shall be <br />allowed in conjunction with the commercial vehicles and equipment stored and parked on <br />the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
