Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 98-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT tt AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-05- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On ~ 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Kevin and Mary Groothosen ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and accessory building space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 14915 Puma Street NW and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block I, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory building ("Structure") not to exceed 2,820 square feet in size on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on April 21, 1998. Any roofline extensions beyond 8' total for alt four sides of the Structure will be included in the calculation of Structure size. 2. That the Structure shall be designed with a soffit, facia, eave overhang and exterior color that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. 3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the Structure. That the Structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, and that no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed within the Structure unless it is done so in accordance with the Rarnsey City Code.
