Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT tt AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND <br />SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-05- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ~ 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Kevin and Mary Groothosen ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and <br />accessory building space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally <br />known as 14915 Puma Street NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block I, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory building ("Structure") <br />not to exceed 2,820 square feet in size on the Subject Property in accordance with the site <br />plan dated received by the City on April 21, 1998. Any roofline extensions beyond 8' total <br />for alt four sides of the Structure will be included in the calculation of Structure size. <br /> <br />2. That the Structure shall be designed with a soffit, facia, eave overhang and exterior color <br /> that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction of the Structure. <br /> <br />That the Structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles <br />and equipment belonging to the Applicants, and that no commercial or industrial activity <br />shall be allowed within the Structure unless it is done so in accordance with the Rarnsey City <br />Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
