BOARD OF REVIEW <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Review reconvened on Tuesday., April 28, 1998, at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Jan Gallagher, Anoka County Assessor's Office <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reconvened the Board of Review meeting at 5:57 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />The Board of Review reviewed the actions of the Anoka County Assessor with regard to the <br />properties requesting reviews. Following are the actions: <br /> <br />PIN. NAME FROM TO <br />03-32-25-32-0009 Myron Lewerenz $131,000 $114,400 <br />20-32-25-42-0001 JannieBrock $ 96,200 $ 92,000 <br />23-32-25-24-0006 Geoffrey Bridwell $118,400 $115,000 <br /> <br />Jan Gallagher, Anoka County Assessor for Ramsey, stated that the three people reviewed <br />appeared to be content with their reductions. She added that she also gave Ms. Brock some <br />information on opporttmities for the disabled. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to ratify the <br />actions of the Anoka County Assessor's Office. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None.
