Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GOBERNATZ 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Gobematz, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Gobematz Addition <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 24, 1998, and exempted the <br />Subject Property from the subdivision and rezoning moratorium; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 5, 1998, and granted a <br />variance to the 10-acre minimum lot size requirement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on <br />June 2, 1998, and recommended the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 11, <br />1998, to review park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Council hereby grants final plat approval of Gobematz 2nd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes as pursuant to the attached Development <br />Agreement which is a part of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution as declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of June, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />
