Norman, City Administrator <br /> oo <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Council meeting of May 26, 1998, Council and staff discussed the moratorium <br />ordinance which will expire on July 12, 1998. Staff suggested that the moratorium <br />should be lifted except for in a few sensitive areas. Council introduced an ordinance <br />extending the term of the residential development moratorium of sensitive areas for an <br />additional six months (January 9, 1999).
