Gamec, Mayor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In recent weeks, the City Council, City Commissions, and interested individuals in the <br />community, have been discussing the possibility of a community center.. In order for the <br />project to proceed to the next stage, the interest in the community and the feasibility <br />should be studied by a Community Center Task Force. I would, therefore, make a <br />recommendation for such a task force which would include representation from a variety <br />of interests and demographics throughout the community. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />I will be submitting a list names for Council discussion and consideration at the Council <br />table on Tuesday night. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Appoint the Mayor's recommendations to the Ramsey Community Center Task Force. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 06/09/98 <br /> <br />j.tt/Com Ctr. doc <br /> <br /> <br />
