I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NEW EMPLOYEE <br /> <br />· John Nelson will be starting the Department in two weeks. <br />MAINTENANCE ISSUES <br /> <br />· Locks are on the fence gates. <br /> <br />· There was no damage to the metal building from the lightening. <br /> <br />GRAPPLE PURCHASE <br /> <br />· The Department is looking into purchasing a grapple. Renting one twice would almost pay <br /> for half of it. <br /> <br />· Discussion ensued as to what equipment and style would suit the needs of the Department. <br /> Consensus is that a grapple with tines every six inches and an adapter plate would be best. <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />· The grader valve spool has been repaired. <br /> <br />· Vehicle #606 needs a new exhaust. <br /> <br />· Vehicle #601 has a hole in the tire and a squeak in the motor. <br /> <br />· New saws are working well. One of the saws needs a sixteen inch bar. Small saws are in bad <br /> shape. <br /> <br />UPDATE ON IMPROVEMENTS TO METAL BUILDING <br /> <br />· A purchase order for the sixteen foot door has been issued. Oman will be framing it in. <br />FENCE ISSUES <br /> <br />· The fence looks great.
