Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 98-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DE. CLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-06- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On , 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Jon and Rita Hamann ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and accessory building space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 17290 Germanium Street NW and legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 3, Hunter's Hill, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,200 square foot accessory garage ("Structure") on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on April 24, 1998. 2. That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, facia, eave overhang and exterior color that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. 3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory garage. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, in accordance with City Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed in the Structure in conjunction with any commercial vehicles and equipment stored on the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code.
