J <br /> <br />I0. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That Section 9.02 of the Ramsey City Code defines dog kennel as any place where three or <br />more dogs over three months of age are kept. <br /> <br />That Section 9.20.1 t (R-t Rural Residential District) does not establish dog kennels as a <br />permitted use of property in this District. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to maintain four (4) adult dogs on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have submitted a site plan that proposes to fence in the east and south <br />yards as a mn area for the dogs. <br /> <br />That the site plan submitted does not include a kennel structure and Applicants have verbally <br />stated that the dogs will be kept indoors. <br /> <br />That there are other similar conditional uses in the City. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantialIy adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use wilt not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
