Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />' URVEY NO. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 98-06- <br /> <br /> FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGISTERED LAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired, property from Waste Management of <br />Minnesota, Inc. (WMMI) for the extension of Sunwoo'd Drive N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, one of the tracts acquired and legally described as follows, is torrens <br />property: <br /> <br /> All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township <br /> 32, Range 25, lying easterly of Anoka County Highway Right-Of-Way Plat No. 8; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Registrar of Titles office will not accept the recording of <br />the deed from WMMI to the City for the right-of-way without the preparation of a Registered <br />Land Survey. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning C6mmission approved the sketch plan on June 22, <br />1998; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Registered Land <br />Survey No. ~ in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly 'passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 23rd day of June, 1998. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
