Communities to the south of Ramsey on this corridor include <br />Fridley, Coon Rapids and Anoka. All of these cities have industrial parks which are at, or near <br />capacity. As a result, many inquiries are made to Ramsey's Economic Development Staff due to <br />the lack of land availability, as well as the incentive package Ramsey has been able to provide to <br />prospective industry and developers. This level of interest is not expected to decrease unless <br />there is a major downturn in the economy. <br /> <br />The table below illustrates the status and availability of industrial park property for selected cities <br />within the market area of Ramsey.
