Itis our understanding the the drainage ditch to the south will have a pipe laid within the/ ~!~ ~ ~. ~ i <br />the ditch and be filled over. We will be allowed to connect to this drainage system for <br /> ~. ~'., ~ <br />our <br /> stornl <br /> Based upon the actual placement of the ditch with relation to this site,,/ <br /> sewer. <br />it may be necessary to park or drive over the ditch.
