STATEWIDE TRENDS AND COMPARISONS <br /> <br />This section of the report is to provide you with a summary of financial trends of Minnesota cities of <br />comparable size. Most of this information is based on data as of December 31, 1996 (the latest information <br />available from the office of the State Auditors Office) and prior years. <br /> <br />Governmental Funds Sources of Revenue <br /> <br />Governmental funds include General, Special Revenue, Debt Service, and Capital Project Funds.
