Finding: The intent of the moratorium ordinance is to prevent development of certain parcels <br />with uses that will conflict with the recommended land uses coming out of the new <br />comprehensive plan. The proposal for the subject property is consistent with what is anticipated <br />to be the recommended land use for this property in the new comp plan. <br /> <br />City Staff recommends granting the moratorium exception to Mr. Wayne Johnson and TSM <br />Development contingent upon submittal of a development proposal that remains consistent with <br />land use and density issues evolving from the comprehensive plan update currently in progress. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to grant an exception to the Moratorium Ordinance to Mr. Wayne Johnson for Outlot A, <br />Regency Pond. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 07/14/98 <br /> <br />I01 <br /> <br /> <br />
