CASE # <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO ACQUIRE TAX FORFEITED PARCEL <br /> FROM ANOKA COUNTY <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Anoka County recently contacted the City of Ramsey to afford the City an opportunity to <br />acquire a captioned parcel for street right-of-way. The parcel is located on the most <br />southerly end of Dolomite Street NW immediately adjacent to 137th Avenue. (A map is <br />attached to the agenda.)
