CASE # / <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR VACATION OF EASEMENTS; <br />CASE OF OAKWOOD LAND DEVELOPMENT AND U.S. HOME CORPORATION <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Earlier this year, Council approved the final plat for Apple Ridge. The subdivision of Apple <br />Ridge include Lot 2, Block 1, of J.P.J.V. Addition. This previously platted parcel contained the <br />standard drainage and utility easements around the perimeter of the lot. Now the property has <br />been replatted as a portion of Apple Ridge with new drainage and utility easements dedicated <br />around the perimeter of all new lot lines. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />It takes a public hearing and Council ordinance to eliminate the underlying drainage and utility <br />easements that existed as part of Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. Addition.
